Key Responsibilities

- Reporting of Fraud in RBI prescribed template.
- Maintenance of Fraud Tracker and Fraud Master File.
- Collation of necessary information through regular follow-up with RCU, Business, Recovery and other concerned teams.
- Collection and validation of financial information from Finance systems, AML software and other relevant sources.
- Preparation, collation and maintenance of reports required for Board, Audit Committee of the Board (ACB) and Insurance Department submissions.
- Follow-up with RCU, Business and Recovery teams for Police Complaint filing and obtaining updates on investigation and recovery status.
- Entry and updating of fraud case details in RBI Fraud Monitoring Utility and maintenance of the Fraud Master Database.
- Processing and closure of fraud cases in RBI systems after completion of regulatory requirements.
- Reporting of Theft, Burglary, Dacoity and Bank Robbery incidents immediately upon occurrence.
- Ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines, regulatory timelines and internal governance requirements related to fraud reporting and monitoring.





Job Requirements

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Economics or related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Fraud Risk Management, Fraud Operations, Regulatory Reporting, Compliance or Banking Operations.
- Experience in handling RBI Fraud Monitoring Utility (FMU) and fraud reporting processes preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MIS preparation.
