The candidate should have basic knowledge of various types of Chillers & applications and provide Enginnering Support to Sales team.
a) Understanding customer requirements given in Tenders / Enquiry documents, Technical specifications and drawings. Prepare list of technical confirmations and deviations for customer approval.
b) Equipment selection and model optimization - Chiller Selection by using softwares for customer specific operating conditions and requirements, Optimoze the slection for best fit to the target price / efficeinecy as indiactated by the Sales team. Prepare Technical Data sheets, Drawings for submission / approvals from Customers. Awareness of AHRI and IS Standards of Chillers.
c) Preparation of BOQ and quantification based on the customer requirements
d) Knowledge of Suppliers : Mechanical - such as cooling towers,
Pumps and Electrical Equipments - such as LT/HT Panels, Drives and Harmonic Filters, Cables etc. Awareness of Benchmark Prices / Database
e) Awareness of Market operating prices of Chillers
f) Capability of techno commercial evaluation of quotations received from suppliers and Negotiations Skills
g) Commercial - Awareness of Taxes and duties, imports, LCs and BGs.
