We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Consultant with experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and/or technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;), excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
- Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and user training.
- Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
- Perform data migration, integration, and system configuration activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and project delivery standards.
- Participate in UAT, go-live activities, and post-production support.

- Solid communication and client-facing skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
