Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and team performance
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
- Ensure high standards of customer service and visual merchandising
- Handle inventory, billing, and stock management
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff
- Maintain store hygiene, SOPs, and brand standards
Requirements:
- Graduate with retail sales experience
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Experience in fashion/lifestyle/jewellery retail preferred
- Ability to handle targets and team management
