Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end logistics and last-mile operations across all locations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, SLA, and customer service metrics.
- Optimize transportation costs, routing, and resource utilization.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate regional and station operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, partner guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, SLP, IT, and Admin for seamless operations.
- Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle escalations, risk management, and business continuity planning.
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare MIS reports and present performance reviews to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration.
- 8-15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations, including team leadership.
- Solid analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Amazon EDSP logistics operations is preferred.
