Role & responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle.




- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
