Role & responsibilities

- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Project Procurement & Cross-functional Integration
- Cost Optimization & Value Engineering
- Supplier Quality & Compliance
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- In-depth understanding of Railway Propulsion Systems and electronics manufacturing processes.
- Robust knowledge of power electronics components (IGBT, PCBAs, capacitors, inductors, sensors).
- Proven track record in supplier development, cost negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
- Analytical and data-driven approach with cost modeling capability.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Awareness of global sourcing, import/export processes, and RDSO/IRIS compliance.
