- Equipment and Inventory Management

- Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and servicing of laboratory equipment.
- Monitor inventory of chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
- Arrange procurement and prevent shortages.

- Budget and Resource Management

- Prepare and manage the laboratory budget.
- Control operational costs while maintaining quality.
- Allocate resources effectively.

- Documentation and Record Keeping

- Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.

- Handle customer or client inquiries related to laboratory services.

- Regulatory and Accreditation Compliance

- Ensure adherence to applicable laboratory standards (such as ISO or national regulatory requirements).
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Maintain documentation required for inspections and accreditation.
