Position: Center Manager
Location: Coimbatore
Experience : Min 2 years in sales
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service center.
- Generate new business through walk-ins, referrals, and local market activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead and motivate the center team to achieve business goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely service delivery.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor center performance.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, retail, or service industry.
- Solid communication, leadership, and customer handling skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to manage a team and center operations.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
