Position: Soft Skills Trainer (English Language Trainer cum Content Writer)

Location: Punjab - Mohali (Gharuan)

Preferred Candidates: Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Kharar, and nearby locations

Working Hours: 9:15 AM 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday Saturday (6 Days Working)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility

- Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Solid content writing and training abilities

Selection Process

- AMCAT Test
- Demo Session
- Final Technical Interview

Mandatory Requirements (From the Date of Joining)

Candidates must have:

- Laptop (Intel i5 Processor, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11)
- Digital Stylus/Pen with Writing Pad
- HDMI to HDMI Cable (3 meters)
- Portable Bluetooth Speaker
- Headphones

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Soft Skills and English Language training sessions as per the prescribed lecture plan.
- Mentor and guide students shortlisted for placement drives.
- Develop and upgrade training content based on the assigned syllabus and semester.
- Create engaging learning material and assessments.
- Maintain high-quality training standards and support students in enhancing their communication and employability skills.
