Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products such as credit cards, loans, and deposits.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote gold loan services to new customers through direct sales efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to bancassurance (insurance) products.
- Identify potential business opportunities through networking within the community or industry associations.

Job Requirements :

- 0-16 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in agency channel management or field sales.
- Solid understanding of banking products including credit cards, loans, deposits, NBFCs, and insurance (BFSI).
- Proven track record in cross-selling and upselling financial services using promotional techniques.
