NAs our Business Development Manager for Hyderabad, you'll be responsible for:

- Mapping and pursuing new partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and nursing homes across the region N
- Getting in front of senior stakeholders — HR Heads, Medical Directors, COOs, CXOs — and building relationships that turn into signed, long-term contracts N
- Running the full sales cycle yourself: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing,



and handing off cleanly to the account team N
- Keeping our current healthcare partners engaged and growing their business with us N
- Studying the local competitive landscape to find the gaps nobody else has spotted yet N
- Keeping your pipeline and client data clean and current in our CRM N

nYou're a robust fit if you have:

- n
- A background selling into hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, or nursing homes N
- Experience in healthcare staffing, SaaS, HRTech, or healthtech sales N
- A proven ability to runa full B2B sales cycle solo, start to finish N
- A network — or the ability to quickly build one — with senior healthcare decision-makers N
- Daily comfort working inside a CRM to manage your pipeline N
- A bachelor's degree, orequivalent hands-on experience N
- 4-6 years in business development or a related sales role N
- Strong communication skills and the drive to keep pus
