nDrive the design and implementation of future-ready learning experiences aligned with the school's core purpose, values, and definition of learning. The role focuses on building high-quality, scalable programs and strengthening educator capability to deliver meaningful student outcomes.

NKey Responsibilities
n1. Learning Design & Program Development

- Lead the design, development, and continuous refinement of curriculum and interdisciplinary programs across sections and campuses N
- Translate the school's philosophy into structured, high-impact learning experiences with transparent student outcomes N
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in curriculum and instructional practices N
- Integrate global best practices and research into program design N
- Ensure alignment with accreditation standards and the school's definition of learning N

Innovation & Technology Integration

- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging tools, technologies, and pedagogical models N
- Design, pilot, and scale innovations in teaching, learning, and school processes N
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to support innovation and scalability N
n3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Implementation

- Partner with Section Heads, Subject Leads, and Instructional Coaches to drive implementation N
- Support educators in translating program design into effective classroom practice N
- Align stakeholders around shared learning goals and outcomes N
