NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own HubSpot administration, sales reporting, analytics, and sales tech enablement. This role sits at the centre of Sales and Leadership—ensuring clean data, strong processes, and actionable insights to drive revenue efficiency.
NKey Responsibilities

- Own HubSpot Sales Hub administration (pipelines, properties, workflows, lead routing) N
- Manage CRM governance &data; hygiene (duplicates, stale data, validations) N
- Build and publish daily/ weekly / monthly Sales MIS & dashboards N
- Track and analyze: N
- Lead flow & conversion. N
- Meetings scheduled vs completed (no‐show trends) N
- Pipeline health, velocity & forecast readiness. N
- Rep‐level productivity and utilization. N
- Support email outreach tools (HubSpot Sequences, Saleshandy, Smartlead, etc.) N
- Handle data extraction,imports, enrichment, and quality checks. N




- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve process compliance & execution. N
- Act as internal HubSpot+ Sales Ops SME N

nMust‐Have Skills

- n
- 2–3 years of hands‐on HubSpot experience (Admin / Power User) N
- Strong Sales Operations/ MIS / Analytics background N
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, analysis) N
- Understanding of sales funnel, KPIs, Quoting, forecasting, and CRM best practices N
- Experience supporting US sales teams or US time zones N
- Good team player, ability adapt and be adaptable N
