NAbout the Role: -
NDe Facto Infotech is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects for global clients. The ideal candidate will have solid project delivery, stakeholder management, resource planning, and team leadership experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
NKey Responsibilities: -
NManage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across various technology domains.
NLead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution.
NDrive project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
NCollaborate with clients,stakeholders, and internal teams to define project goals and delivery expectations.
NMonitor project performance, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
NEnsure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.




NProactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
NConduct regular project reviews, status reporting, and client communication.
NMentor Project Managers, Team Leads, and delivery teams.
NEnsure high customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement.
NRequired Skills & Qualifications: -
N8+ years of experience inProject Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management.
NProven experience managing multiple software development and digital transformation projects.
NStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
NExcellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
NExperience in project budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
NStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
NExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or simi
