NAbout the Role
nWe're looking for an Executive – Business Development to own the top of our sales funnel and drive it through to a qualified pipeline. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, running outbound campaigns, and booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team — supported by a up-to-date outbound tech stack (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Instantly) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to work smarter and faster.

- Build and continuously refine targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). N
- Design and execute outbound email sequences/campaigns using Instantly, monitoring deliverability, open rates, and reply rates. N
- Run multi-channel outbound outreach — email, LinkedIn, and cold calling — to generate qualified top-of-funnel leads. N




- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to research prospects, personalize messaging at scale, draft sequences, and handle objection-response drafts. N
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads (fit, intent, and readiness) before handing them to the senior sales/presales team. N
- Schedule and coordinatediscovery calls/demos, ensuring a smooth handoff with complete prospect context. N
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline and activity records in the CRM/tracking systems. N
- Track and report on funnel metrics — outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, and conversion to next stage. N
- Continuously test new messaging, channels, and sequences to improve top-of-funnel conversion. N
