- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve business objectives. N
- Drive sales performanceby ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds assigned business targets. N
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programmes, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity. N
- Oversee day-to-day field sales operations and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies. N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders. N




- Monitor sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans. N
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines. N
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the territory. N

nEligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised institution. N
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales. N
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams. N
- Proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory. N
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. N
- Good understanding of the Thiruvananthapuram and surrounding Kerala market. N
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales environment. N
