Role & Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate coding of Evaluation & Management (E&M;) Outpatient medical records.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client requirements.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.
- Identify coding discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 2 to 7 Years in EM OP Medical Coding.
- Good knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
- CPC/CCS certification preferred.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
