- Manage intellectual property portfolio of the company, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Draft and file patent applications with relevant authorities to protect innovative products and processes.
- Conduct research on existing technologies to identify potential infringement issues and provide guidance on IP matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for enforcing intellectual property rights.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in managing intellectual property portfolios or related fields (e.g., law firms).
- Robust understanding of patent drafting, filing, and prosecution procedures.
- Experience with trademark registration process and maintenance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
