- Lead breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance operations.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field, preferably in the utility or chemical or battery business.
- Solid knowledge of machine maintenance, utility maintenance, and breakdown analysis.
- Proficiency in both corrective maintenance (breakdown maintenance) and preventive maintenance practices.
