Job Description:

We are hiring Desktop Support Field Engineers for Reliance. The candidate will be responsible for providing onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners,



and other IT devices.
- Handle incident tickets through the ITSM tool and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Support user account creation, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for hardware replacement and issue resolution.
- Perform preventive maintenance and asset verification.
- Travel to client locations as required for field support activities.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of Desktop Support and Field Support.
- Experience with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, Office 365, and printer troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop hardware support.
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.) is preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
