Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

The Senior Manager Accounts & Finance will lead the organization's finance and accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, and robust financial controls. The role partners with business leaders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and period-end closures.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis to support business decisions.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage statutory, internal, regulatory, and tax audits.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, SOPs, and risk management practices.

Treasury & Business Finance

- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and fund utilization.
- Support business planning, pricing, costing,



investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive financial efficiency and process improvements across the organization.

Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational and financial objectives.

Preferred candidate profile : Qualifications & Experience

- CA / CMA (ICWA) / MBA (Finance) / M. Com. (Skilled certifications are an added advantage.)
- 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in MNCs, IT, Shared Services, or Corporate Finance environments is preferred.
