Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and prescribe therapeutic exercises based on patient needs.
- Treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and post-operative conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with doctors and the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT). (MPT is an added advantage.)
- Valid Physiotherapy Council registration.

Experience

- Minimum 3 year of clinical experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or physiotherapy clinic.
- Experience in neuro rehabilitation is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Solid clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
