About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager with a strong background in ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), Water Treatment Chemicals, and Industrial Water Treatment Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the customer base, and managing key industrial accounts across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets.
- Identify and acquire current customers in industrial water treatment and wastewater treatment segments.
- Manage and grow key accounts while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Promote Water Treatment Chemicals, ETP/STP solutions, RO chemicals, boiler water treatment chemicals, cooling tower chemicals, and related products.
- Generate new business opportunities through plant visits, client meetings, and networking.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business deals.




- Lead and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring achievement of business objectives.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 815 years of experience in sales of Water Treatment Chemicals/ETP/STP solutions.
- Strong network in industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
