Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Management

- Lead and manage complex IT Infrastructure, Data Centre, Digital Transformation, Smart Governance, and e-Governance projects.
- Provide overall project governance, planning, monitoring, execution, and control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with government departments, implementation agencies, OEMs, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Establish project management frameworks, governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and performance monitoring systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, quality standards, budgets, and contractual obligations.

Consulting & Advisory Services

- Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, business cases, and strategic roadmaps.
- Develop Request for Proposals (RFPs), bid process management documentation, tender specifications, evaluation frameworks, and contract documents.
- Conduct Business Process Re-engineering (BPR/GPR) exercises for process optimization and service transformation.
- Perform gap assessment, requirement gathering, stakeholder consultations, and solution architecture reviews.




- Provide strategic advisory support for technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Government & Public Sector Engagement

- Work closely with Government Departments, PSUs, Urban Local Bodies, and other public sector organizations.
- Support policy implementation, program management, project governance, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate inter-departmental coordination and stakeholder engagement for successful project execution.

Monitoring & Reporting

- Develop project plans, resource plans, risk registers, issue trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Conduct reviews, status meetings, steering committee presentations, and executive reporting.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

Business Transformation & Change Management

- Drive organizational change management initiatives.
- Facilitate business process improvement, service delivery enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support adoption of digital technologies and transformation programs.
