Key responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and testing of UPS systems.

Preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS and power backup equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer locations.

Attend service calls and breakdown complaints within committed timelines.

Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.

Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and technical support.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures during site visits.

Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customers and provide timely service.

Skills required

Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics systems.

Understanding of UPS, batteries, inverters, and power backup systems is preferred.

Ability to read electrical diagrams and use testing instruments.

Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field service assignments.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
