Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of our Salesforce Lifecycle Management product. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce platform capabilities, and enterprise application design. The ideal candidate should be an exceptional multitasker who can lead development teams, present technical solutions to Architecture Review Boards (ARB), drive solution design, and mentor engineers while ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Salesforce Lifecycle product initiatives.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Own technical architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Drive technical discussions with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor developers and perform detailed code reviews.

Solution Design

- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Create sequence diagrams, architecture diagrams, and integration designs.
- Present and defend solution designs before Architecture Review Boards (ARB).
- Evaluate trade-offs and recommend optimal Salesforce platform solutions.

Salesforce Development

- Develop and review complex Apex solutions.
- Build highly interactive Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Optimize application performance and governor limit utilization.
- Implement reusable frameworks and common components.
- Drive API-first development using REST/SOAP and Platform Events.

Product Engineering





- Work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

Salesforce Technical Expertise

- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce security model.
- Strong SOQL/SOSL optimization skills.
- Experience with Platform Events and asynchronous processing.
- Experience designing reusable Salesforce frameworks.

Architecture & Design





- Strong object-oriented design principles.
- Enterprise integration patterns.

Preferred Experience

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification
- Application Architect certification (preferred)
- Experience in Salesforce product engineering
- Experience with CI/CD (Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, REST APIs, middleware, or enterprise applications
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
