We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive for our Goa locationThe ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales and solid knowledge of the Goa property market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Handle end-to-end sales, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay updated with the latest trends in the Goa real estate market.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Excellent knowledge of Goa's localities and property market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Candidate must possess a valid driving license and should know how to drive
