- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales of general insurance products through the agency channel.
- Identify current business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling motor insurance policies to customers in the assigned territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in general insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the motor insurance market and ability to sell complex policies effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an agency channel environment.
