A leading manufacturing organization is looking for an experienced Human Resources leader to partner with business leadership in driving organizational growth, workforce capability, and people strategy.

This role will lead strategic HR initiatives across workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development while partnering closely with business leaders to build a future-ready workforce.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR Business Partner with significant experience supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) to ensure current and future talent requirements are met.
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for manufacturing and business functions.
- Implement robust talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to align performance management with business and capability goals.
- Design and implement structured onboarding programs for critical and leadership hires.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify workforce trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify capability gaps and drive learning and development interventions.
- Lead employee engagement, culture-building,



and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including communication, grievance resolution, and exit management.
- Ensure effective implementation of rewards and recognition programs to enhance employee motivation and retention.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR support to the business.
- Benchmark HR practices against industry standards and continuously improve HR processes and policies.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 15 to 18 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Significant HR Business Partner experience within a manufacturing workplace.
- MBA/Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong exposure to Workforce Planning, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and plant leadership teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics and workforce analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
