Job Title: International Calling Executive – Health Insurance

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound international calls to potential customers.
- Explain health insurance plans and their benefits.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance options.
- Answer customer questions professionally and accurately.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Experience in international calling or sales is preferred but freshers can also apply.
