Job Description

Hiring: Workday HRM Technical Lead | TCS Bangalore

We are seeking a talented Workday HRM Technical Lead with hands-on experience in Workday technical development, integrations, reporting, and support. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical workstreams, developing integrations, delivering Workday solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead Workday technical development activities across HCM modules.
- Design, build, and support integrations using Workday Studio,



EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Develop advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
- Configure and manage Workday security and business processes.
- Integrate Workday with third-party enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Workday integrations and reports.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills:

- 4 to 8 years of Workday technical experience.
- Robust expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Report Writing.
- Experience with Workday Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Workday Security and Business Process Configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
