Hiring: Process Trainer (BPO / BFSI / Sales / Insurance)

Location: Silk Board, Maruthi Chambers, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

BPO Experience Must
Gender Preference: Male Candidates
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of Training Experience in BPO, BFSI, Sales, Insurance, or any Process/Product Training Domain

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Process Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs for employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for learning and development, and experience in conducting process or product training within BPO, BFSI, Sales, or Insurance environments.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing employees.
Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to identify training needs.
Assess trainee performance through evaluations, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
Maintain accurate training records,



reports, attendance, and performance data.
Develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning content.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on business requirements.
Ensure trainees achieve desired performance and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust facilitation and coaching abilities.
Experience in BPO, BFSI, Sales, Insurance, or Product Training.
Good knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Ability to analyze performance gaps and implement training interventions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners preferred.
Prior experience as a Process Trainer, Product Trainer, Sales Trainer, or BFSI Trainer.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
