Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG / MDM Technical Lead with 15+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical architecture, custom development, integrations, data migration, and technical governance for enterprise-scale SAP MDG implementations on SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP MDG/MDM solutions across global projects.
- Design scalable SAP MDG architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.
- Develop and enhance SAP MDG custom solutions using ABAP, Workflow, BRF+, and FPM.
- Configure and customize MDG data models, change request types, UI configurations, workflows, and validations.
- Design and implement Data Replication Framework (DRF), Key Mapping, and Value Mapping.
- Develop custom APIs, IDocs, RFCs, OData services, and Web Services for SAP and non-SAP integrations.
- Lead data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, Data Services, and custom migration programs.
- Perform technical code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Basis, Security, and Business Teams.




- Mentor development teams and establish SAP MDG development standards and best practices.
- Support pre-sales, solution estimation, technical proposals, and architecture discussions.
- Ensure compliance with SAP development standards, transport management, and release processes.

- Exposure to SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and Integration Suite.
- Experience with DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and automated deployment processes.
