- Configure and support ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
- Configure Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, or risk and compliance workflows.
- Support vulnerability management, security incidents, risk registers, policies, and control management.
- Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and security tools or enterprise applications.
- Participate in testing, deployments, production support, and platform enhancements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience with Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, or Risk and Compliance modules.
- Basic understanding of vulnerability management, security incidents, governance, risk, or compliance processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, or platform configuration.
