Title: AI Project Manager

Location: Bangalore (3 Days Onsite)

Type: Fulltime

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional software development projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate has robust stakeholder management skills, experience managing Agile teams, and a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end software development projects. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with engineering, product, QA, design, and business stakeholders. Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets. Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to leadership. Identify and resolve project blockers proactively. Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- 710 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager in Machine Learning & AI projects.




- Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
- Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience delivering SaaS, cloud, AI, or enterprise software projects.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with global teams and US stakeholders.
