We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to support and grow strategic enterprise accounts for VLink. The role requires strong account farming capability, client relationship management, and a good understanding of IT services offerings.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing enterprise accounts with guidance, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with internal delivery teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Role split:
- Account Farming / Existing Account Growth 85%
- New Business Development / Hunting – 15%
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support assigned enterprise accounts
- Build strong client relationships across stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and business challenges
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across VLink service offerings
- Work closely with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams
- Ensure timely closure of client requirements
- Drive account revenue growth and improve account penetration
- Support proposal discussions, commercials, and client presentations
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth account governance
Must-Have Skills
- Solid Account Management experience
- Strong Client Relationship skills
- Experience in IT Services / Staff Augmentation sales
- Good understanding of IT service models:
