The Spanish-Speaking Digital Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for internal accounts, ensuring solid performance and business impact through data-driven insights. This role focuses on campaign strategy, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, with no direct interaction with end advertisers.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns to meet KPIs
- Analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Provide insights, recommendations, and reporting
- Identify growth opportunities and track revenue performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive execution and resolve issues
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written with B2 certification)
- Spanish proficiency required for both verbal and written communication
- 2 to 5+ years' experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or e-commerce
