Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nexthink Engineer to join our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving end-user experience using the Nexthink platform. This role involves troubleshooting performance issues, building dashboards, automation, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to enhance system performance and user satisfaction

Technical Skills:

- Solid experience with Nexthink platform (Infinity and Amplify)
- Hands-on experience with additional Nexthink modules (e.g., Workflows, Collaboration, etc.) is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in NQL (Nexthink Query Language)
- Experience with Remote Actions scripting (PowerShell preferred)




- Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and endpoint management
- Understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, VPN, latency, bandwidth issues)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with EUC tools like SCCM, Intune, etc.

Functional Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights
- Experience in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) / EUC environments
- Strong communication skills
