Job Summary:

Batliboi & Purohit Chartered Accountants is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Chartered Accountant to join our Bangalore office as a Partner (Proprietor Practice). This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about practice management, client relationship development, and business growth while working with an established and reputed CA firm.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and assurance assignments.

* Oversee direct and indirect taxation matters, including advisory and compliance.

* Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

* Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.

* Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

* Provide strategic financial and business advisory services to clients.

* Mentor and guide team members to ensure quality deliverables and career development.

* Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.

* Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining the highest standards of quality and ethics.





Eligibility Criteria:

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in practice development.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Ability to independently manage clients and engagements.

* Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.

Preferred Skills:

* Expertise in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Taxation, and Financial Advisory.

* Knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and applicable regulatory frameworks.

* Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Business development and networking capabilities.

* Tech savvy and accounting/audit tools.
