- Lead the development of Layer 2 protocols for 5G NRAN (New Radio Access Network) networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy MAC scheduler algorithms for efficient network operation.
- Develop technical specifications and documentation for 3GPP standardization efforts related to RAN (Radio Access Network).
- Provide expert guidance on protocol development best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 5-17 years of experience in telecommunications engineering with a focus on wireless communication systems.
- Robust understanding of 3GPP standards and their application in next-generation networks.
- Experience working on Layer 2 protocol development for wireless networks using tools such as Wireshark or similar technologies.
