Urgent Hiring Senior Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

CTC: 40,000 – 45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and Key Clients

Conduct regular architectural visits for product promotion and business development

Introduce and promote newly launched products to architects and project consultants

Handle customer inquiries, calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer requirements

Maintain accurate customer and project records

Develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM, Sales, Business Development, or Architect Relations

Robust communication and presentation skills

Good network and connections with Architects, Interior Designers, and Consultants

Experience in Building Materials, Home Appliances, Electricals, Wires, Switches, LED Lights, Plywood, Laminates, or related industries preferred

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications

Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
