We are looking for an experienced Civil & Infrastructure professional to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and performance management of industrial infrastructure and asset management projects at one of India's leading automotive manufacturing facilities.

The role requires expertise in civil engineering, contract management, statutory compliance, project execution, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, within budget, and on schedule.

Role & responsibilities:

- Lead planning and execution of Civil & Infrastructure projects across manufacturing facilities.
- Manage high-value civil contracts from tendering through project closure.
- Drive project delivery within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including MIDC, Fire, Pollution Control Board, DISH, and other applicable authorities.
- Monitor contractor performance, certify invoices, manage drawings, documentation, and change management.
- Publish periodic Project MIS reports and track milestones.




- Collaborate with Legal and EHS teams to ensure governance and risk mitigation.
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Green Building initiatives, sustainability, and energy efficiency projects wherever applicable.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 12 to 18 years of experience in Industrial Civil Infrastructure or Plant Asset Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong experience managing industrial construction or manufacturing infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in Contract Management and Vendor Management.
- Experience in Procurement/Sourcing of Civil Commodities or CAPEX Projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of Project Planning, Cost Management, and SAP.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
