Offline Activity Executive (Hyperlocal Growth)
We are looking for an Offline Activity Executive to drive hyperlocal offline marketing and
on-ground activations for Peeko across Bangalore.
This role will focus on building visibility, trust, and customer acquisition through high-density
parent communities and localized brand presence.
The ideal candidate should be execution-focused, highly organized, and comfortable managing
field activities, partnerships, and offline campaigns at scale.
You will work closely with the growth team to support offline acquisition initiatives across
residential clusters, schools, malls, clinics, and parenting ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Offline Activations & Execution
Plan and execute offline marketing activities across:
gated societies
schools
daycares
malls
play zones
parent communities
Coordinate society activations, kiosks, sampling activities, and community events
Support hyperlocal branding initiatives around high parent-density zones
Partnership & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with schools, clinics, event organizers, mall partners, and residential
communities.




Manage vendor relationships for branding materials, kiosks, print assets, and activation
setups.
Ensure smooth execution of offline campaigns and activities

Lead Generation & Acquisition Support
Support customer acquisition through offline channels
Track leads, installs, and campaign performance from offline activities
Work closely with the growth team on acquisition campaigns, referral initiatives, and
local partnerships.
Maintain activity reports and execution updates
On-Ground Operations
Handle field execution across Bangalore operational zones
Ensure timely setup and coordination during events and activations
Manage logistics and operational requirements for offline campaigns
Ideal Candidate Profile
13 years of experience in offline marketing, BTL activations, events, field marketing,
and brand promotions.
Robust coordination and execution capabilities
Comfortable with extensive field work across Bangalore
Ability to manage multiple activities and vendors simultaneously
Startup experience preferred
High ownership and execution mindset
