Job Title: Lead Medical Coding (E/M -IP,OP, Allergy, Radiology)

Location: India

Experience: 5-7 years in multispecialty coding & team management Qualification: Bachelors/Associates Degree with Coding credential

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor coding team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ICD10, CPT, MSDRG/APRDRG guidelines.
- Oversee coding operations, resolve complex coding/documentation issues, and support client onboarding.
- Monitor team performance, allocate work, and drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, quality management, and industry standards.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to optimize workflows and reimbursement processes.

Required Skills:

- Solid expertise in ICD10CM/PCS, CPT, DRG methodologies.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pathology.
- Handson experience in multispecialty coding (Outpatient/Inpatient E/M, Allergy, Radiology, ED, Anesthesia, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office and coding platforms/EMRs.
- Excellent leadership, training, and problemsolving skills.
