- Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. N
- Lead and manage a team of Business Managers and Sales professionals to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction. N
- Monitor and improve thesales funnel, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency. N
- Own P&L; responsibilities for the region and ensure profitability. N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Operations, and Customer Experience for seamless project execution. N
- Hire, train, mentor, and retain top-performing sales talent. N
- Drive customer-centric initiatives and continuously improve the customer journey. N
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives and market expansion plans. N




- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- Bachelor's degreein Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. MBA is an added advantage. N
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, business operations, or P&L; management. N
- Strong experience in managing high-performing sales teams in quick-paced environments. N
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. N
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. N
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive business growth and operational excellence. N
- Experience in interior design, home interiors, real estate, retail, or related industries will be preferred. N
