NDescription: The Program Manager will play a central role in the developing Program strategy for Ashraya Hastha Trust, lead end to end grant management within the assigned Program and be responsible for networking and partnerships for the organization.
NKey Responsibilities
n1. Grant Management

- Lead the end-to-end grant cycle, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and project design. N
- Ensure proposed programmes are contextually grounded, financially viable, and capable of achieving scalable impact. N
- Oversee grant processing, fund disbursement, and compliance requirements. N
- Support and handhold current partners through the grant application and onboarding process. N
- Monitor and review grant-level progress against agreed indicators on a regular basis. N
- Manage renewals of partner agreements and address partner account-related matters in a timely manner. N
n2. External Engagement and Partnerships

- Develop and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including civil society organisations, funders, and sector experts. N
- Lead assessment and selection of strategic partnership opportunities. N
- Represent Ashraya Hastha Trust at conferences, forums, and sector events to strengthen networks and generate potential collaborations. N
n3. Program Strategy and Planning

- Deliver on Program -level strategies aligned with the Trust's priorities. N
- Identify and facilitatesupport of exceptional program delivery models that address system issues and allied vulnerabilities. N
- Prepare rolling and annual work plans for focus areas N
- Undertake budgeting andforecasting for grantee projects and related initiatives. N
