- Knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NBA/NAAC accreditation processes, and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Essential Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. with First Class in the relevant discipline.
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university (desirable for Assistant Professor; mandatory for Associate Professor and Professor as per applicable norms).

Experience Requirements
Assistant Professor
- Strong academic record with B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech.
- Ph.D. completed or pursuing is desirable.
- Teaching, research, industry experience, publications, patents, or consultancy will be an added advantage.
