About the Chance
We re a dynamic, India-based innovation catalyst empowering grassroots storytelling through global platforms like TEDx. Though we operate remotely, our mission is deeply local identifying, curating, and amplifying transformative voices from every corner of India. You ll be at the heart of orchestrating high-impact, community-driven TEDx events that inspire, educate, and mobilize audiences across sectors from students to entrepreneurs to changemakers.

Role & Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end TEDx events from theme selection and speaker curation to logistics and post-event amplification.
- Recruit, brief, and manage speakers, emcees, and production teams while ensuring alignment with TED s brand guidelines and licensing terms.
- Build and nurture local partnerships with universities, cultural hubs, media, and sponsors to drive event visibility and funding.
- Oversee budget planning, vendor coordination, permits, and day-of-event flow including hybrid/remote streaming setups.
- Lead social media campaigns, content creation, and post-event reporting to maximize digital reach and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with TEDx licensing team for compliance, documentation,



and quarterly reporting ensuring all events meet global standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- TEDx licensing experience or active application in progress
- Event production (live/hybrid)
- Speaker management
- Sponsorship & partnership development
- Content curation & storytelling
- Social media amplification (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion)
- Remote team coordination tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)

Preferred

- Experience with TEDx event analytics (viewership, engagement, lead gen)
- Design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for promotional assets
- Background in media, journalism, or public speaking
