About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to gain hands-on exposure in project execution, site coordination, estimation, and construction management. The selected candidate will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as planned.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluating contractor quotations.
- Verify contractor bills and certify work completed before payment.
- Monitor labour productivity and track daily site activities.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Maintain project documentation, measurement records, and site reports.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 01 year of relevant experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing processes.
- Understanding of tendering procedures and contract documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Bangalore.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or similar project planning software is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
